Returns

If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, email us at woof@dopedogco.com. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return. Please include your order number in your email so that we are able to locate your information in our system. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Exceptions: Dope Dog cannot accept returns on sale items, holiday items or orders using a discount code. Holidays include - New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mardi Gras, St Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Exchanges

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on most purchases! Because of that, we made our exchange policy as easy as possible for you! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item and in original and unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for shopping costs both ways. 

If you need a different size, color, or style, please email us at woof@dopedogco.com. Be sure to provide your original order number, email address, name on the order, description of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item shipped to you as quickly as possible.
