Are Dope Dog antlers made in the USA?
Yes, all of our antlers are sourced ethically from deer and elk in the mountains of Colorado. These beautiful animals naturally shed their antlers every year, then grow an entirely new set. No animals are harmed in the making of our products.
I want free shipping! How do I get it?
At this time, listings that state "free shipping" applies to U.S. customers only. Dope Dog Co. is not responsible for any lost items or returned packages.
Crap, my shipping address is incorrect!
I ship to the address submitted during checkout. If you are purchasing a gift or need the purchase sent to a different address, log onto your PayPal account, and add the new delivery address to your profile. It is super easy! You can also edit or add the address to PayPal during the payment process. We may ask you to review the details and edit the delivery address if needed. Dope Dog is not responsible for any lost items or returned packages.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns/exchanges; however, if there is an issue with the product, please contact us to resolve!
What if my item was received damaged?
If you feel you received your item damaged, you must notify us by email email@example.com within 24 hours to let us know that the item arrived damaged. You must provide us with photos of the damage & also a picture of the original shipping box and packing materials. For us to fully process a damage claim, we may ask you to complete some tasks from the shipping company. We do not offer refunds on items that arrived damaged, but we will replace the damaged item.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Our current processing times for bow ties, toys, & treats is 1-3 business days, and apparel, masks, & bandanas/scarves is 5-10 business days. We do our best to complete your order as soon as possible. Once your order is sent to the post office, we are not responsible for any errors made by USPS (including late deliveries, lost/damaged items). However, if you run into issues with shipping, please contact us, and we will do what we can to help! For returned mail due to an incorrect address provided to PayPal or during checkout, we will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for paying re-shipping/handling fees.
